Anthony L. Miele, Esq.
Tony Miele has been practicing law for over twenty five years, and for his entire life has been highly influenced by technology, artisanship, and the arts. A former partner with an AmLaw 100 law firm and patent examiner with a degree in electrical engineering, Tony represents a wide range of companies, universities, inventors, and artists. Pablo Meles, Esq.
Pablo is also available to assist the MLG team for certain matters. With about thirty years experience, Pablo’s practice concentrates on patent prosecution and patent litigation support, involving complex patents on software, Internet-based systems, medical devices, electronics, marine communication equipment, fishing equipment, consumer products, HVAC systems, toxic waste disposal systems, business methods and others. Pablo has handled matters before both the Patent Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB) and the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB). He has also supported complex patent, trademark, trade dress, copyright and trade secret infringement lawsuits. He holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering, and he is admitted to practice in Florida, before the USPTO, and at the Federal Circuit.

Steve Smoot
With more than forty years in industry and consulting, Steve has consulted and provided expert witness testimony in numerous patent and PTAB AIA cases. He is an electrical engineer, with expertise is in areas such as telecommunications, computer and network technologies, media distribution and media handling devices, and mobile devices and networks including both hardware and software.
Sandra Felder
Sandy has been the firm’s paralegal and assistant to the firm’s managing partner since 2004.
