Justin Stefanon, Esq.

Justin is of counsel with Miele Law Group. Tony Miele was fortunate to have been able to work with Justin while they were both working with Pillsbury Winthrop in the early 2000s. Justin is a science and engineering specialist, a former patent examiner, and a litigator. He focuses on patent matters and disputes. Prior to joining Miele Law Group, Justin represented individuals from Baltimore City, seeking legal recourse for those who have suffered from the greatest injustice. Justin focused on cases involving governmental abuse of power, whether it be police misconduct, unlawful retaliation in the employment context, or workplace sexual harassment. Justin hails from a family of litigators, and began his legal career as a Plaintiff’s attorney in the State of Pennsylvania where, for six years, he used his straightforward and aggressive style of representation to help vulnerable Pennsylvanians successfully resolve their claims in State and Federal Courts and Worker’s Compensation hearings. In personal injury cases, Justin was able to utilize his scientific and technical training to his advantage in representing people injured in motor vehicle accidents and workplace incidents. Justin has a bachelor of science in physics and engineering, and is admitted in Maryland and before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
